When we bought the house last summer the garage door was new, but ultra-cheap and very badly installed. Failed on Memorial Day, bent badly, panels and tracks mangled. I straightened the door and tracks and got it to close, then called Kurtis. He actually got this piece of junk to go up and down with the motor, but explained that it would fail again. The panels had no stiffness and would fold when the motor was pushing them through the transition from horizontal to vertical. It was still under original warranty but the original installers were not ever welcome back after the poor work they did. Kurtis gave me a good quote for a quality new door and tracks. It's all installed now, with a new touchpad and new weatherstripping that looks great. You can hardly hear it run. Now I have an excellent garage door and an outstanding garage door person I trust. Kurtis is honest, highly skilled and experienced, and professional.

Kurtis is honest above all, smart, and highly experienced with garage doors. When we bought the house in July '25 it had a new door that was ultra cheap and poorly installed. It failed 9 months later and I repaired it. It jammed and bent badly on Memorial Day and I straightened it and got it working manually, no motor. Kurtis came as soon as I called and got it working with the motor but explained that it was ultra-cheap and would fail again. The panels had no stiffness, so when the motor pushes it around the corner it bends easily. It did, and I called Kurtis for a quote on a new door. Now it's installed, with a new touchpad, and running perfectly. So smooth you can hardly hear it. I could have gotten the old door fixed under its original warranty, but I'm sure glad we chose Kurtis. Now I have an excellent garage door and a great garage door person I trust. Thank you Kurtis. When my garage door spring broke, I reached out to Kurtis and he came out the next day to replace it! He also evaluated/inspected my door operation and components and found my spool bearings were shot, and my cables were starting to rust through at the bottom of the door. He had the parts on-hand to replace them right away. Fixed it in under 24 hours and my door is so quiet now and operates like butter! I use him for all my rental properties as well.
